📘 Coaching Rules & Guidelines

Dear Students and Guardians,

Welcome to our coaching program. To ensure the best academic environment and success of every student, all students are requested to follow the rules below carefully.

Attend Classes Regularly
Students must attend classes on time and maintain punctuality in every session.
Mandatory Presence on Scheduled Days
Attendance is compulsory on all scheduled coaching days. Unnecessary absence may affect academic progress.
Complete and Submit Homework
All assigned homework and practice tasks must be completed sincerely and submitted within the specified time.
Maintain a Separate Notebook
Every student must keep a separate notebook for class notes, exercises, important instructions and problem-solving.
Pay Monthly Fees on Time
Monthly coaching fees must be paid within the first week of every month .
Provide Valid WhatsApp Numbers
Students must provide:
- Father's WhatsApp Number
- Mother's WhatsApp Number (if available)
- Student's Own WhatsApp Number
These numbers will be used for notices, attendance information, schedule updates and payment reminders.

Important Notice:
Students who fail to maintain attendance, submit homework regularly or pay monthly fees on time may lose coaching privileges until the issue is resolved.
